Maine Coast House Blooms in Summer's Sun

Working through one of the roughest winters in Maine’s recent history, Cold Mountain Builders delivered the house on schedule, just twelve months after breaking ground. The timely completion of the project was the result of diligent coordination and commitment by the contractor and their subs, Hamilton Snowber and the responsiveness of the clients. The clients and their family, reporting after a summer there, are thrilled with the way the house looks and functions.

Washington architect Christopher Snowber of Hamilton Snowber Architects designed the space, which was built by Richard’s company. "The room was part of a larger renovation that included a two-story side addition with a family room on the first floor and a master bedroom suite above," Snowber says.
