CATHEDRAL HEIGHTS RESIDENCE
The rolling topography of Cathedral Heights informed the design of two additions to this house: a three-story glass-enclosed stair hall and a new wing with rooms on three levels that all open onto the dramatically sloping south-facing rear yard. In the additions, the original character of the Tudor-inspired home is expanded upon through the continuity of materials (stone, stucco, wrought iron and cherry) and carefully arranged and detailed windows and doors.
New and renovated spaces included:
- First Floor: an expanded Kitchen and new Family Room.
- Second Floor: a Master Bedroom Suite including bath and closets.
- Lower Level: a home gym and rec room with kitchenette.
