Michael Rouse, AIA
As a native to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Michael comes to HSA with varied experience. His previous design work ranges from waterfront homes along the Chesapeake to a new 40-acre town center for a commuter suburb of New York City. He has a Master of Architecture and a Certificate in Urban Design from the University of Maryland. In 2009, Michael was named an Associate at Hamilton Snowber Architects.
Dana Elder
Dana joins the Hamilton Snowber team from deep in the heart of Texas, and enjoys exploring and experiencing the Washington metropolitan area. Following an internship with Lake Flato Architects in San Antonio, she earned a Master of Architecture and an MBA from Texas Tech University. In addition to her passion for residential design work, Dana assists in the firm's marketing efforts.
Selma Catovic Hughes
Selma has been working with us since 2000, both here in DC and from Baton Rouge, Denver, and currently, in Fayetteville, Arkansas where she has worked as an Adjunct Professor of Architecture at the University of Arkansas. She and her husband, Michael Hughes, were recently given awards by both the ACSA and Colorado Chapter of the AIA for the Moreland Residence in Louisiana. Selma has a Master of Architecture from the University of Denver and and BA in Architecture from the University of New Mexico.
